588ji Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1Eligibility

Access to 588ji is open to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 588ji or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from 588ji or related platforms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

588ji reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. If you cannot confirm your eligibility through the KYC process, your account may be suspended and deposits returned pending verification.

2Account Registration

To use 588ji, you must create a registered account using accurate and truthful information. You are required to provide a valid name, date of birth, contact number, and other details requested during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Each person may maintain only one account on 588ji. If you discover you have accidentally created more than one account, contact support immediately. Intentional creation of multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions will result in all accounts being permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP with anyone. 588ji will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity on your account that occurs while you are logged in is considered to have been carried out by you.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify support. 588ji is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your own failure to secure your credentials.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 588ji are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are accepted via Philippine e-wallets including GCash and Maya, and through bank transfer via major Philippine banks. 588ji does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit methods.

Deposits are credited to your 588ji account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method. If a deposit is not reflected within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. 588ji requires identity verification to be completed before your first withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may take one to three business days to process depending on the method and volume of requests at the time.

Funds deposited on 588ji must not originate from illegal activity. 588ji complies with anti-money laundering obligations and may request documentation to confirm the source of funds before processing a withdrawal.

4Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on 588ji are final once confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that wager. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except in cases where 588ji explicitly offers a cash-out feature for a specific market.

In the event of a technical error affecting odds display or bet settlement, 588ji reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This includes situations where odds are clearly incorrect due to a system error.

For casino games, the return to player (RTP) figures and game rules are determined by the game provider. 588ji displays games from third-party providers and is not responsible for the internal mechanics of individual games beyond what is disclosed in each game's information panel.

Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or irregular betting patterns for financial gain will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds acquired through such activity.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotions offered on 588ji are subject to individual offer terms. Each promotion has its own eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity period. These terms are published on the Promotions page alongside each offer.

General rules that apply to all 588ji bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion explicitly allows multiple claims.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met.
• Misuse of bonus offers, including use of multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

• In case of a conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that offer.

By registering on 588ji, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support, subject to legal retention obligations.

7User Conduct

You agree to use 588ji in good faith and in accordance with these terms. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to gain access to other players' accounts or 588ji's backend systems.
• Sharing false, misleading, or defamatory content through any platform feature that allows user input.
• Harassing or attempting to intimidate 588ji support staff or other users.

588ji reserves the right to take action against any account engaging in prohibited conduct, including suspension, permanent closure, and withholding of funds pending investigation.

8Suspension and Account Closure

588ji may suspend or close an account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious activity related to fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal requirement or regulatory direction to do so.

If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, 588ji may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the closure is for a non-breach reason such as self-exclusion, any balance at the time of closure will be returned to you through your registered withdrawal method after identity verification.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Active bets at the time of a voluntary closure request will be settled according to normal rules before the account is closed.

9Limitation of Liability

588ji provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we aim for continuous uptime and reliable performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or delays at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.

588ji is not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime during active bets, provided that bets placed before the outage are settled correctly upon restoration.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the payment provider.
• Your own failure to manage your account responsibly, including failure to log out on shared devices.
• Decisions you make based on information displayed on the platform, including live score feeds or odds data sourced from third parties.

In no event shall 588ji's total liability to any user exceed the balance held in that user's account at the time the claim arises.

10Changes to These Terms

588ji may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify registered users through in-platform messaging or email.

Continued use of 588ji after updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
